"Boys over Flowers" is the Korean version of the then huge hit "Meteor Garden" which is, perhaps, Taiwan's most popular import to the country. The new version of the TV series continues its predecessor's addictive appeal. In a way, the story's a Pride and Prejudice adaptation. Rich boy and poor girl meet and initially hate each other to bits. But then they start seeing each other in a new light, and once they do, nothing else matters.
